Habakkuk Academy respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Your name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Your course progress, quiz results and certificate details.
• Payment status and reference. Card details are handled by Paystack and never reach our servers.

Why we use it

To give you access to the course, save your progress, issue and verify your certificate, confirm payments and provide support. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Certificate verification

Anyone with your certificate ID or QR code can see your name, course, completion date, certificate ID and a partially hidden email address. This is how employers and clients confirm your certificate is genuine.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Paystack (payments) and Vercel (hosting). They process information on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing habakkukweb@outlook.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
